How long does shipping take for performance equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For oversized gym equipment or specialized sports gear, delivery may take up to 7-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for worn athletic apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with tags attached; however, we cannot accept returns on apparel that shows signs of heavy use or perspiration for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer international shipping for Altura products?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Altura hardware and equipment come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
