At Altura, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to get you back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or athletic use.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
